Pediatric OT Individual Coaching

One to One Coaching for Pediatric OT Practitioners

We offer individual coaching to Pediatric OTs and OTAs in order help to enhance their current evaluation, clinical observation, and treatment skills. Our individual coaching sessions are tailored to each person's schedule, with one coach on the east coast and one coach on the west coast! Our goal is to support and add to your current knowledge base to help guide you with your already foundational ability to clinically reason and plan goals.

Like the online group mentorship programs, our individual coaching can help equip therapists with the skills they need to:

  • assess and evaluate
  • clinically reason from intake to discharge
  • determine priority needs
  • plan treatments according to client priorities
  • support home programming
  • developing your therapeutic use of self
  • short and long term career planning.

Through our one-on-one Zoom sessions, we provide personalized guidance and resources to help empower you. Our approach is always positive, empowering, and supportive, while also being honest and realistic.

Are you interested in individual mentoring? Let's set up a time to connect so we can answer all of your questions with no obligations!
